947 winnings

I was a winner on 947 and a wish with Cellc on the 28/08/2024 and won R6000.00. I was informed that someone will be in contact with me within 21 days from this date but after numerous calls and emails and going back and forward I received R3000 in October and was informed they still need to confirm with Cell C that I am a cell c customer before the rest will be paid. Its December now and after many emails with no response still no answer on the remaining amount. I really feel this is very unprofessional of 947 and their prizes department for not even returning an email.
