947 prize money

Hi i won a prize in the 947 Brain Games on the 11th of February and still haven't had any feedback from 947 regarding my banking details or the prize money. I've tried phoning them but i cant reach them. I've sent emails but i dont get a reply. I see Hellopeter is full of complaints regarding this issue and they don't seem to mind.
