947 Paying Department

Please assist me

I am writing this with a big concern,I am Boniwe Millicent Mbatha who has won R12500 on 947 With Lottoland and two weeks later I was told by Bongumusa that I didn't place a bet on lottoland as it was required so I will receive R2500 which was a participation amount,Since then I have been trying to follow up sending countless emails with no response,This is very sad on me because I was told I won by the 947 Radio station and now no one bothers to inform me when will I be asked for my banking details so I can receive the payment,it's been full 3months now,They are all ignoring my emails,I spoke to Tebogo and Bongani they both sending me back to Bongumusa ,Is this done to me just because I am a black person? Maybe if it was a white person they would have paid the money long time ago?To paying department at 947 I want my money
