947 Paying Department

Please assist me

I am writing this with a big concern,I am Boniwe Mbatha with who has won R12500 on 947 With Lottoland and two weeks later I was told by Bongumusa that I didn't place a bet on lottoland as it was required so I will receive R2500 which was a participation amount,Since then I have been trying to follow up sending countless emails with no response,This is very sad on me because I was told I won by the 947 Radio station and no one bothers to inform me when will I be asked for my banking details so I can receive the payment,it's been full 3months now,They are all ignoring my emails,I spoke to Tebogo,Bongani they both sending me back to Bongumusa,Is this done to me just because I am a black person? Maybe if it was a white person they would have paid the money long time ago?To paying department at 947 I want my money
