947 not giving the prizes

I am so disappointed with 947, I won a Huawei hamper on September 2020 on Huli's show and was told I will be contacted for delivery details and still nothing, used the shows whatsApp number to contact Huli when she was on, she was so apologetic and said she will resend the mail to the prize dept and still nothing, yhooo
