94.7 lying about prize money

I won a competition on 94.7 about 2 weeks ago, the sound of the city. They told me to wait 20 days if they have not contacted me by then I should call them back so they can see what's happening. I've waited approximately 3 weeks nou and I tried to cantact them but no one answers I emailed them but their servers won't accept emails. I just think it's kinda messed up telling someone over a public radio that you won money but you never actually receive any money or even a reply, nothing. Just know if you do win something with them you probably won't get it. I've seen many other complaints about them regarding prize money even cinema tickets people don't receive them
