Poor Service and hospitality

Afternoon. My wife is currently at K-Day and 5 months pregnant. I bought the Chill Zone tickets for that reason so she would be in the shade and have seating. Upon arrival she was told the there is no more shaded seating which I think is pathetic as we paid so much money. For the last 2 hours she has been under advertising gazebo and asking for assistance where no on has helped security looks and laughs not assisting at all. I am extremely upset and wont let this go by.
