KFM COMPETITION MAKRO HALFWAY DAY

to whom it may concern

On the 28th June I was fortunate enoughto win a prize with KFM's MAKRO HALFWAY DAY live on the radio. I was sent an email a week after whereby I had to complete a form to complete my contact details which was on the 8th July. I decided to email the radio station on the 26th to follow up as to what the status was of my prize winnings. Was it going to be delivered or did I need to collect it at the store.

I received a call on Monday 29th July at 07h17 the morning spoke to a lady who asked me that she needed to find out which MAKRO store i live closest to and that she will call me back the same day to let me know how when and where I will get my voucher.

I have tried calling the lady I spoke to but when reception puts me through no one answers. It is so disheartening that a listener and fan can be treated with such nevermindness.
