KDAY Nightmare
I had the worst experience at KDAY. I bought the chill zone tickets, which provides comfortable seats and shade as advertised. When arrived there was absolutely no space, no seats, and no shade. At 6 months pregnant I was left with no comfortability. After speaking the Tracy Lange who said she will be back, never returned. I asked 4 security guards for an umbrella, they either responded to with that there is no umbrella or just laughed at my face. I felt absolutely embarrassed at how I was treated as a pregnant women. Why were we garunteed this space, and when arrive we are left standing in the sun. Nobody was willing to assist or help in anyway. Why did we pay for false advertising KFM? ? After seeing many umbrellas being set up for other people who came after us, I approached them again. And again I got laughed at and completely disregarded. EVENTUALLY, another kfm lady came in setting up umbrellas for other, I had to go and Beg for an umbrella... Absolutely ridiculous... A pregnant lady having to beg to be treated with respect. She responded by she will see what she can do... after another hour (now totalling in 4), I see her setting up shade for other people, I went to stand in front of her until I was acknowledged. And eventually got an umbrella... For shade.... My first experience at KDAY and I will never go again. The lack of care for fans and especially pregnant fans, is astonishing. Plus... There was no toilet facilities for disabled and pregnant women in the chill zone... I had to walk all over to try and find someone who would be willing to let me through to the toilet... At 6 months pregnant I was forced to stand in the sun and beg for assistance... And not get what I paid for. Honestly embarrased to have supported this event. After sitting with swollen feet, a sore back, sun burnt, and dehydrated.... Disappointed in KFM!
