Bad competition handeling

Im very unhappy with the way KFM handle competitions on the radio station. Every morning Tracy got some competition running and every time i whatsapp to the KFM number my details and they dont even read it, how the hell are anybody suppose to win something if it is like this, we all need money and food to survive not just selected people. Rather stop KFM at all then
