Unprofessional with time and attitude

Been servicing my Mercedes there for the last 3 years and booked in my car for today (Focus) and I even dropped it off yesterday so they can look at it asap. I phoned at 11:30 and they just started. At 1 they said they still looking (after I said what the issue is), at 3pm I was promised to be phoned back in 10min. At 3:15 I stopped there and still no price on the cost. Just before 4 I was told the car would be done and at 4:55, after I had to phone again, I was told only tomorrow at 10am. I have meeting at 8am which I can't move because everyone went home. I told the guy (not the owner) I'm very unhappy about the service and he just started giving me ****py attitude. Very unprofessional and doubt I'll recommend them to my friends again.
