Irresponsible ****y owner and employees

Owner Michael Gonzallez of 911 Roadside Assistance, Woodstock branch, has been delivering poor, pathetic and unprofessional service.<br> <br> On the 13th of January 2016, I requested a car tow service from insurance. Mutual &amp; Federal organized 911 Roadside Assistance.<br> <br> The assigned gentleman, Jody, towed my vehicle and broke my bumper and fender in the process. Additionally, I took photos to prove this combined with a video statement from Jody confirming damages to the bumper and agrees to replace it the following day (14 January 2016).<br> <br> It has been 6 WEEKS to date, I have been driving a vehicle without a bumper since 25th January 2016. There has been constant up-down communication, but zero progress. <br> <br> Furthermore, I was the one that had to constantly follow up on things, I had to ALWAYS take initiative to call Gonzallez about the progress of my bumper replacement. He never called to update me - zero sense of responsibility, zero cares given.<br> <br> All my colleagues have witnessed poor service while vehicle was getting towed. Plus Car Service City owner also witnessed the poor service delivery of 911 and has stated I need to replace my insurance company and never use the services of 911.
