Terrible service

On the 16th of August 2022 I Mr Nxumalo had an emergency case at home. I called 911 emergency ambulance at 23:22. I was told that they will transfer my call to 112 because they attend Mlazi. I am highly disappointed because I do have a medical aid and pay for the service that I was denied. I would like to know what was meant by "112 attend Mlazi" yet I pay for the service. So 911 only attend suburbs at night? What about us who stay in the township areas yet we pay for better service? I request for a call to explain why township are not attended at night, why are we denied service we pay the department for. My contact number ***
