Oliver has not refunded me as promised

I made a deposit for a booking to stay at 9 on Apostle in Llandudno in Cape Town for a holiday. After thinking about it, I decided I did not want to stay there anymore. Oliver has promised me on three Seperate occasions that he will refund me but he still has not paid me back. Do not stay at 9 on Apostle or do business with Oliver , he does not keep his promises. I found this accommodation on the Airbnb app. It is also listed on the safarinow website
