Treated like I'll mannered people by 86 on Republic

I'm shocked at the least, the level of service one received today made me realize how behind we are in this country..

A verbal agreement was agreed upon by a body guard in the above mentioned restaurant that ensures that our goods would be kept safe. It was a package from a unamed competitor which they advised can not be entered within they vicinity.

The guard then promised/ensured that they would keep the goods safe. Mind you we left an amazing place trusting that the same service would be provided. The goods went missing. The body guard then came later asking if we had taken our goods, which we hadn't because we were still within the vicinity.

Upon raising the issue with the manager Zack then advised that they are not a baby sitting place that watches people's property. He then requested the security to escort us. A lady manager then came and advised that they apologize.

We requested Zake to come and apologize because it wasn't the bill but how we were treated by him, the staff then started turning on us calling us names advising that we couldn't afford the bill which we even offered to pay to the lady as they had started telling that we should be shameful of ourselves as the waitress would be paying our bill. They started mocking us and calling us names as a person that deals with clients this is not the service I ever expected. I will ensure that every human I encounter is alerted by the actions of this eatery that if clients are treated unfairly because we fought for what belonged to us because we knew better
