Filthy !!

My friends and I recently were accommodated at unit 805 Knightsbridge Century City in Cape Town, a self catering flat. This place alleges that they are a four star establishment and have a certificate. However upon our arrival and throughout our stay we had the following problems:<br> <br> o The place was filthy, showers and walls had mould all over. General cleanliness of the place was bad<br> o There was no hot water<br> o The water was brown and undrinkable<br> o We had to buy our own toilet paper because the ones supp**** was not enough<br> o We had to buy our own electricity<br> o Things that were promised before we made the booking were not true eg. that there was a theatre system or complimentary soaps<br> <br> These were just a few of the many problems with this place. When we gave our concerns to the people in charge , they did not act<br> <br> We have stayed in other four star places before, but this is by far appalling . <br>
