Bad service

<p>I booked a place to stay online with knightsbridge and everything online looked fine and what i wanted for me and my patner,i booked as i was interested only after booking they sent me their terms n conditions where everything changed,no breakfast anymore,i have to clean my own hotel and many more,i called to cancel and was told immidiately money will be in my account as i mentioned i want to use it to book another place as i was already on my way to cape town,waited and four days still nothing in my account and the lady i was dealing with Maryka she is not helpful and since the cancellation she started being rude when i called to find out how far is my cancellation....</p>
