Great food, Great atmosphere, Awesome service?

The evening of the 5th of October, my partner and I decided to try out the above mentioned restaurant....WHAT AN EXPERIENCE???. I must say Summit out did themselves. Oswald was our waiter, he was friendly, professional and available whenever we needed him. My partner did not, even once, had to refill my wine glass, because there was always someone around to do the refill, when Oswald was busy with other customers, either 1 of the super professional managers or other waiters. The food was out of this world. I ordered a lamb rump, which was to take about 10minutes to prepare but when my meal was ready to be served to me the manager came to our table and explained that he had asked the chef to make me another meal from scratch as he felt it was not made up to the standards of the restaurant, which is perfection. I was totally in awe, as i have never experienced such professionalism. The dessert Lindt Fondant, which was recommended by Oswald, was just heaven on earth, again 1 of the managers came to explain how it is made and the prep time, itvwas definitely worth the wait...Thank you again guys for an awesome experience, Summit Grill and Skybar is on the top 3 of my favourite restaurants, my partner and i will most definitely come back...keep up the good work ✔?% Regards: Nonku Sibisi
