Dishonesty

I gave in my sunglasses to be repaired on the 25th October 2024 at 10:30am in the morning. the consultant made it clear to me that it not take longer than 7 working days. I went to check it out after 10th working day. It wasn't ready. Was told must come back next day. Next day came, no luck. Told to come later in the afternoon not later than 6pm same day. I went to check it the following day instead. Was told the genius is not in to fix it. I decided to take my sunglasses back the 8th time I visited this place. Guess what ? My beautiful sunglasses returned back to me unrepaired. You be the judge ....
