Winnings never paid

I have had an issues on the 10th of april 2021 that has not been resolved up to now which is 4 days now I did a cash out and never recieved my winnings cash voucher and only way to lay a complaint is via their whatsapp and msges shows it has been delivered but no response very bad and slow service provider
