7Riches Club Isidore - pathetic service

Pathetic service. The first time I cashed out with them, it took more than 2days before i received my money. I was then told that i did have the option to cash out to ticket and then i would be able to collect my winnings directly from the shop. When i did that, they told me that they dont do cash outs in store and that I can only cash out via ATM cashout option and it would take 24hours. I'm reaching 48hours now and still haven't received anything. I wouldn't recommend anyone to play on this site at all. I was told that the shop owner of Isidore would contact me, but I stil have not heard anything from the owner til now. They quick to take our money but delay the whole cash out process.
