Useless company with no customer service at all. And ******* as I can’t get refunds for ******** debit orders !

My account has been debited for an alarm system that was never fitted into my house and I am unable to get back 3 debit orders that went through my account. Completely ***********. Their whole technical and billing is complete useless and nobody takes responsibility for anything. I still can’t get my money back from debit order for a service that couldn’t be rendered as I don’t have the alarm system fitted yet !!
