Thank you 7Arrows - Compliment from client

I would just like to say a Thank you to your company and a special security guard.

A few months ago, 7Arrows took over the security of our property in Jhb North. We had signed up with SOS as a community incentive for the area when we received notice that SOS were no longer going to be our provider and that we were being handed over to your company –7Arrows.

At first, I have to admit, I wasn’t sure of your company as we have never heard of you and was a little concerned that we would not get the same response time with your company as we had with all other previous providers however all that changed on July 14. I hit my panic button when I realised that someone had broken into our caravan while we were on the property. A guard by the name of Ramsey arrived and what an amazing guard you in your company.

Ramsey did a full property search to make sure that the guy wasn’t hiding anywhere, then went and tried to search around the area to see if he could see anyone carrying my stuff. By that time the cops had arrived and Ramsey stayed on scene while the police where there, he then went out to the caravan again with my hubby to check that all was okay and to try and assist us in a way that we could try and lock the caravan.

Ramsey could see the concern we had as we were now sitting on a Saturday night with an open caravan as they had broken the window and therefore could not lock the caravan. Who was to say that they dint think to come back again later that evening when all lights were out, but Ramsey confirmed that he would make sure that he patrolled and kept watch for anything which was awesome of him to do.

Sunday evening as Ramsey came on duty, he rang the front gate to let us know that he was back on duty that evening and that he would again keep an eye on the place. He didn’t have to do that. He didn’t need to ever come back to my place again unless the alarm was activated but for him to take the time as he was about to go on duty to reassure us that someone was looking after us, was amazing.

We had our house broken into in March while with SOS where they actually came into the bedroom and did their Christmas shopping on me. In that instance, you feel more violated that someone has been in and touching everything you have in your house and feel concerned that the burglar proofing and window is broken that you cannot secure yourself for the night and wondering if they would come back for more stuff and yet no one from SOS offered what Ramsey did. Who cares about a caravan being broken into but Ramsey did.

So I would just like to say a huge thank you to 7Arrows for the speedy response time and a special thank you to Ramsey who went out of his way to make us feel safer.
