Provident fund

I worked for 7arrows in 2015 and they don't want to pay my provider fund.i sent them emails and phoned them still nothing happens.they promised to pay me in 2016 but nothing happened until today. I went to the office and they gave me forms to fill in 2017.i gave them my bank statement as requested but they don't want to pay me and now I don't know what else I can do. from 2015 until today 2020 .I hope I will have all the interests the day I get my money
