7arrows officers apparently allergic to rain

I have tried to reason with 7arrows on multiple occasions but all my attempts were shrugged off by 7arrows COO Jason Mordecai. who continually defends the out of line actions of hes staff, instead blaming the PAYING community. in one of he email's he wrote to me saying "unfortunately our officers have become sensitive to some rather unpleasant verbal abuse by certain residents" i am not sorry your snowflake officers are offended by our words and this prevents them from doing their job. now 7arrows officers leave them boom gate open when its raining even though they are given rain coats and umbrellas just for such occasions. what i find more hypocritical is when asked why 7arrows officers leave the boom gate open for the residents safety and convenience when an officer is holding up traffic again 7arrows COO Jason Mordecai emailed saying "the officer must leave the boom open. Firstly this becomes a security issue, and secondly a serious road hazard as a motorists frequently cross over the lane and drive against on coming traffic to drive through the open boom." Well the first problem i have here is your officers do it anyway because they're seem to be allergic to rain, even when given appropriate gear and secondly i've seen on multiple occasions a 7arrows officer TELL traffic to drive on the opposite side of the road as they are too lazy to cross the street and open the boom gate for on coming traffic.
