****** of my winnings at 777 Casino Lounge at Ennerdale Metropolitan Centre

Good afternoon Im sending this message with regards to a complaint that I have. I was gambling at the 777 Casino lounge at Ennerdale Shoprite and cashed out but the lady behind the counter said that there was no winnings behind the counter. I asked her to give me a statement off the machine and she said that there is nothing she could do. Can you kindly assist me as im really unhappy. I got there at 09:00 and left at about 11:00. I know you might think I'm over zealous but what I know is that if she has the ability to send money to the machine she should surely have the privilege to check statement off account. Can you kindly assist me the machine was IT1. Your prompt response is highly appreciated.
