Liked · Everything about this unit was ideal for our family. It was clean, neat, modern and everything was very convenient. The location is great as the beach is walking distance (the beach was unfortunately closed at the time we visited), there are several restaurants nearby and the new Oceans Mall has just opened up as well. Beautiful views

Disliked · Housekeeping was a disaster. The lady came in and washed dishes. That was it. The shower still had beach sand from the day before, beds were not made and floors were barely swept. Also, the owner will tell you that towels only get changed every 3 days. Ewww. That's just gross. How is a family of 5 supposed to use the same towels for 3 days (morning and night). I mean, at least give customers the option to change towels the next day upon request. To straight out say that it is not an option is just downright unhelpful and unaccommodating.
