702 web site and long running scripts
I have sent mails to the 702 web master on many occasions with zero response.<br> The 702 web site is the only web site on the entire web that causes my server and computers to crash due to long running scripts.<br> The try to put so much content onto a platform that id hopelessly inadequate.<br> Their lack of understanding a total lack of regard for the people that use their site is indicative of a large corporate just not giving a stuff.<br> They are the only interactive news site available to use and they are taking advantage of this.<br> They should be more responsible but they wont be.<br> They will more than likely give some lame excuse that suggests it is my system that is the problem.<br> I challenge them to come and look at my system but they wont because they don't give a stuff as long as they are making money.<br> Jame

On asking the development team for feedback they responded that your query sounded very fami**** and that they felt almost certain that you have been engaged with on our other websites, and given workarounds for the issue you are experiencing. We can assure you that we do care about the user experience on our sites as a poor user experience will not draw back visitors and we do want you to visit, so the complaint has been investigated thoroughly.
