702 Outsurance WTQ - STILL NO PAID

I won R2000 on the 702 "what the question" competition more than a month ago. They promised to pay within 21 days and it over a month without confirmation of payment. When I try to contact the Primedia Broadcasting Prizes Department on ***/3467 or email *** they either drop the call or dont respond to any of my emails. I am beginning to think that this competition is one big **** as there is absolutely no way to get hold of them.
