702 **** Competition

I won the 'Whats the question' competition on 702 on the first Monday of June 2018 and after giving my details to the producers, was told that my prize money would be paid within 21 working days. Three weeks later, I was contacted by a Pauline Ndlovu for a copy of my ID, who said the one I had sent two weeks earlier was not uploaded. I then asked when the prize money would be paid into my account and she said before or on Friday the 5th of July. When I didn't receive the money on the said date, I enquired both telephonically and by email but all my queries have gone unanswered. I then called the Primedia call center and was told that the Competition Department's staff are all attending training and no one knows when they will will be back on duty and in their absence, there is no one on stand by, which is shocking for a company of Primedia's calibre.
