702 competition department

So I won a competition on the 24 of May in 702 they said it will take 14 to 21 working days for the money to be in my account. On the 03-07-2019 I was told the money will be on my account on Friday the 05-07-2019. Its Friday to day still no money in my account and can't get hold of the competition division. Really bad services of you make a promise live up to your promise
