Nautica 702 Mossel Bay Booking.com, Airbnb, Travelground, etc.

We made a booking at Nautica 702 based on the description provided on Booking.com, specifically these words: "Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Nautica 702 is set in Mossel Bay. Situated on the beachfront...". This is absolutely not the case as this property is located adjacent to a township with a major multi-lane highway between the beach and the property. By definition, beachfront means: Situated along or having direct access to a beach. Neither of these two things is true with Nautica 702. When we realised the location, we requested a cancellation from Crista based on the misleading information regarding the location. She advised that she was unable to provide a cancellation and subsequent refund and that the information provided on the Booking.com site is accurate. This is not a beachfront property. Thank you.
