7 on Middle complex: shocking management

Mafadi property and the body corporate of 7 on Middle have *******ly restricted our water without notifying us. The person in question is Sipho Mtimkulu who works for Mafadi. They are attempting to get us to move out of the property before our entitled notice period because they have sold the unit to an owner who was led to believe the apartment was already empty. To correct their own mistake they are now are now trying to use underhand and ******* tactics. If you’re thinking of investing or renting in this complex I would 100% recommend you do not
