Can the body corporate really check guests, tenant please before occupying the apartments(especially our brothers and sisters from west Africa). These apartments have become a hub for ****mers. I can atteast to this myself. And I honestly don’t want the property to lose its rating because of this. I must expose what I saw. People are crying day and night because of the things happening. If anyone can link me to any body corporate they know or care take please, I’ll be grateful.
