Bad Service

Good Day, on monday the 10th Jan 2022 we were supposed to check in at No 7 Main Road Devonshire Greenpoint, Room 310, then the security by the name Lindani turned us away saying that he does know anything about our check in and he even called a security company to escourt us out of the building.

We then contacted Helle, then she told us that she can only help us the following day, we then went on and booked at another hotel, whereby we had to pay again, then the guy by the name of Terrence was sent on Tuesday to check us in, then on saturday the 15th January 2022, i received a call from Kelly telling us to check out, and we never received a call or anything on how we going to be compensated for the day they could not check us in.
