Poor management

<p>I've been to the store as a customer and a supplier few times,but what I've noticed was that the lady manager has a very bad attitude towards everyone including her own staff,at first I thought she was going through a devorce or something ,but the second time I learnt that it's just the way she treats people,always angry and shouting her staff,no smile on her face,Whoever promoted her to that position has made a big mistake,maybe she can't define customer satisfaction.Something needs to be done about her before is too late,either coaching or demotion,She doesn't deserve to be dealing people.If you don't believe me send a mistery shopper or supplier then you will see what I am talking about.</p>
