I've had a frustrating experience with Siyabonga Khuzwayo, my former landlord at 66 Lofts building in Johannesburg Central (Small and Pritchard Street), regarding the return of my deposit after a 2-year tenancy. Despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition, with no need for renovations for the next tenant, I've encountered unnecessary resistance in getting my deposit back.
