64 Sunset Heights HORRIBLE!!!!

We had to pay upfront for our accommodation at no. 64 Sunset Heights in Langebaan for a weekend stay on 19 and 20 November 2022. Payment was not a problem. Upon arrival, we quickly dropped our bags to shoot out to meet up with family. I have a habit of checking under the duvet and I found old bedding, with stains on and a very dirty bedside table in the 2nd bedroom. Which is totally unacceptable for a payment of R2950.00 We thought about it and decided not to stay over as the unit was smelly and poorly lit. I notified the old lady that she could come and collect her keys as we were unhappy with the living conditions and won't be staying there. When we walked upstairs to the unit, before seeing what we were unhappy with, the lady snarled "Just don't think you will get your money back" - without even seeing the reason for our decision! She blocked my number and blocked me on Whatsapp. We never had a chance to explain or show her the dirty unit. We were ****** and I warn anyone thinking of dealing with cynthia and unit 64 Sunset Heights, Langebaan!!!!!
