How do you run a restaurant with empty fridges??

<p>I booked a table for 24 people for my birthday at 5th Avenue tapas restaurant & bar, very excited as this is a new and upcoming place and the owner ensured me when I was there a week before in person how great their food is etc.</p> <p>We got there on Saturday, their fridges was EMPTY! They had 1 castle light, no whiskey, gin - but no mix!?!? They also told my one friend they dont have change for him when he paid for a beer. Seriously?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was BEYOND disgusted and disappointed as I planned this weeks in advnace and had to make other arrangements at 7 the same night when no one could accomodate so many people.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST place, I'll never set foot there again</p>
