poor service

<p>I bought the program for my son to help with his studies but I'm unable to download the content and when I call them they said I need a new version of the laptop and I was not told to do so before I bought this program now when I ask to cancel it I'm been send from pillar to post this is a money making scheme and very poor service especially from the woman named Jenny</p>
