Click bait? False advertising?

On the 5th Dec I won a competition on the 5 drive, it was a Engen competition and you have to send a VN about where you would be filling up on your travels this festive. Winners were announced on air, I was asked for my email address via WhatsApp -which I provided.

To this day a month later I am yet to receive my "winnings". I have emailed, direct messaged on multiple platforms as well as WhatsApp multiple times. I only ever got a response once from one DJ who said he would give my details to management, who still haven't contacted me in any way.

It's really disappointing that I was **** to and had to explain to multiple people that I in fact did not receive anything, because they also heard I won said competition while listening. It's really disappointing that nobody has gotten back to me with even a apology or explanation on what is going on. All just for likes? Streams?
