DISGUSTING SERVICE AND TREATMENT AT 55 PENTZ DRIVE IN BLOUBERG

I am totally baffled and disgusted at the treatment we received from this B and B called 55 on Pentz in Blouburg. We made the booking in May and paid the 50% deposit as required. We flew down from Johannesburg and checked in on Thursday, 26 Oct. The house was clean and tidy however we arrived and found the filthiest pool I have ever seen in my life. I am sure there were frogs in there. It was literally a swamp and it was mosquito - ville around the pool and in the house. My nieces had a bad night because of all the mosquitos and we suffered a lot of mosquito bites. The DSTV was not working as well. So no pool and no dstv - what must the kids do ? play with the mosquitos? We went to complain and sent several emails and we were promised that the DSTv would be fixed by Friday and that mosquito repellant would be provided. NONE of that happened (SURPRISE SURPRISE) and no one bothered to inform us . We were promised hourly feedback and nothing - just one call and one email. We were offered a measly half day refund which I refused. I demand a full refund. We woke up today, Saturday, 28 October and still no DSTV. Luckily we bought our own repellant while we were out because the "promised" repellent never arrived. We are disgusted and insulted by the service received. DO NOT EVER VISIT 55 PENTZ DRIVE IN BLOUBERG. It is a health hazard. I await a response and a decent resolution.
