2 elderly ladies stranded without accommodation

Was left stranded without accommodation by owner who was not available to hand over keys or to be contacted telephonically.Incident occurred on 8 November 2023 and still has not been refunded by 7 December.Owner does not respond to email.Awaiting R3000 refund!
