Fully booked 5 min before arrival

The owner refused to answer my call to make arrangements to pay him as the website I was booking my accommodation through was faulty. He messaged me and told me that cash was fine and he would keep the room for me. The roads were busy with long weekend traffic and I arrived in Nelspruit an hour later than planned. The owner (Carel du Toit- very rude) sent me a message saying that he was fully booked 5 min before I arrived. Still not answering my calls.
