514 Kruger park Lodge

Booked the 2 units with the guys including 514. The place is nice, neat and we were happy until the last day where the electricity went off just after 11 am. No communication or update was given to us. We phoned reception around 17:00 and we were told that the is power outage and some units were affected including ours. We went to the reception and to enquire and the maintenance manager came and said there's nothing they can do. We requested another unit for the night but they told us they don't have any open units for us since those units were privately owned. We were left stranded, slept in the dark. It was raining. We could only charge our phones at the reception.
