Poor service and no feedback

On the 22nd December 5 star waterproofing came to my house to fix a water leak on my roof and said it was fix and I paid them in full however not even a week later it rained and the roof still had a leak I called 5 star waterproofing more than 12 times and Molise (secretary) said that she gave Stephan all the messages every time I called yet up to now no one from 5 star waterproofing has contacted me to inform me that they acknowledge my complaint or when they would be coming to fix the leak which clearly show 2 the lack of client service and the level of disrespect towards their clients. All I would like is the leak to be fixed and a phone call to inform me when Stephan would be coming to fix it as it's been over a month and I have already paid for a service which I have not received.
