Poor after sale service

<p>Work that was done on our roof 2 years ago has started to leak. The work comes with a 5 year guarantee, so we called Stefan at 5 star waterproofing to come take a look at the leak. After calling every second day for the last 4 months, he has still not sent a quote or made arrangements to fix the leak. Very difficult to get hold of him, lots of excuses.</p>
