Bad printing service

I had vinyl labels printed. Printing usually takes 5-7working days, but she said she would do it for me within 3days as it was urgent. The communication went haywire as they use 2 different e-mail addresses. After 4days I received my design(which I was very happy with). Now 3 weeks later I still haven't received my stickers. And I had to pay in advance. Lots of empty promises. Either very bad service or a ****.
