My Engel MT45F broke at the worst possible time and just out of warranty.I sent a mail to 4 x 4 Megaworld South Africa. <br> I got a response almost immediately informing me that they understand my problem and will assist me.<br> I took the fridge to 4 x 4 Megaworld, Paarden Eiland. When I got there Peter already knew about my problem and booked the fridge in for repair.<br> Approximately 2 hours later I received a call from Peter telling me my fridge has been repaired and is ready for collection. AT NO CHARGE..<br> I want to congratulate the pesonnell of 4 x 4 Megaworld, South Africa on excellent service , for going the extra mile in assisting me and restoring my faith in the best fridge ever made ENGEL,
