Ongoing wait

I ordered a tent at the Bloemfontein store and it was promised to me that it will only take a few days to grt the order. So after a week and a half I phoned to check up with the order and I was promised again it is ordered and it will only take a few days once again and that they will contact me as soon as it is in store. Its been 2.5 weeks now and I have not received any calls or feed back. Im not a fussy person but just keep me up to date.
